EMUXT: A Workshop in Experimental Theater Techniques Schedule Announced

It's not too late to expand your theatrical horizons. You can still join the EMUXT: A Workshop in Experimental Theater Techniques. Guaranteed to make you think about theater in new ways and be a whole ton of fun.

First meeting: Tuesday, Nov. 22nd, 6:30-10pm, building 2, Douglas County Fairgrounds.  Interested but not sure what you might be getting into? All are welcome to come to the first session to give it a try and see what it is all about, if you decide it's not for you, no problem. Below is the schedule for EMUXT. In order to participate you must be able to attend at least three of the four movement sessions and at least four of the six discussion sessions. If you already know you want to participate contact me and I will send you the simple application which you can complete via email.

Movement Sessions (three of four required)

On January 4th we will begin staging and rehearsing the show. You will see below that I have a scheduled rehearsal almost every day during this period but not everyone will need attend all rehearsals. We will need to schedule at least  two sessions that everyone will attend between the 4th and the 15th and during the last week before the performance everyone will need to attend (I have marked these below). We will talk about this schedule more at our first meeting, so no need to respond about these sessions now.
