EMU Theatre

Um...ok...an EMU-themed blog entry...C'MON, it can't be that difficult.
Jeez, it's really hard to know what to write about when you've, intentionally, put yourself out of the loop.
Well, there's the "Oily, oily oxen sheen" post-mortem, tonight at the Sorrels'...any takers?
There's also "Felt-a-palooza" at the Granada (not strictly EMU-related, although there's certainly been a lot of cross-pollenation between the two groups)
Or, I could just write about another of my favorite "local" groups, Dr. Sketchy's KC (...for any of you out there with an artistic inclination. It's a drawing group that specializes in "alternative" models; think burlesque dancers, circus side-show freaks, tandem pole-dancers, clowns, librarians...you know) I am the answer-lady for anyone interested in that type of activity ;)
Golly, short of updating everyone about how sick my kids and I have been over the last month, I really got nuthin'.
I'm hoping that by going to Jeff and Rachel's tonight, I might get the skinny on upcoming events. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. (I feel like inserting a gratuitous, maniacal laugh, but I'm not sure why.)
